How long does setup take?
Most single-location businesses are live in under 15 minutes. Enterprise multi-branch rollouts take 2–4 weeks with our dedicated onboarding team.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — our Free plan is free forever (no credit card required) and includes 1 branch, 1 staff account, and 100 customers/month. Paid plans from $19/mo also include a 14-day free trial.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. The Business plan supports up to 25 branches. Enterprise supports unlimited locations with centralised management.
What notification channels are supported?
SMS on all plans. Business adds push notifications. Enterprise adds WhatsApp, email, and in-app via branded mobile app.
Is WaitlessFlow HIPAA/GDPR compliant?
