What is WaitlessFlow?
WaitlessFlow is a cloud-based virtual queue management platform. Customers join a digital waiting list via QR code, SMS, or web link instead of physically standing in line. They receive live notifications and arrive only when it's their turn.
Do customers need to download an app?
No app is required. Customers join via a QR code that opens a mobile web page, or by sending an SMS. Enterprise plans include optional white-label iOS and Android apps.
Which countries is WaitlessFlow available in?
WaitlessFlow is available globally with deployments in 32 countries. We support 20+ languages and local SMS carriers in all major markets.

Getting Started

How long does setup take?
Most single-location businesses are live within 15 minutes. Multi-branch enterprise rollouts take 2–4 weeks with our dedicated onboarding team.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No hardware required. Run the staff dashboard on any computer, tablet, or phone. Optional kiosks and display screens are available as add-ons.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — our Free plan is completely free, forever. It includes 1 branch, 1 staff account, 100 customers/month, QR code joining, and a live status page. No credit card required. All paid plans (Starter $19, Business $49, Growth $99) also include a 14-day free trial with full feature access.

Features

Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. Business plan supports up to 25 branches; Enterprise supports unlimited. Manage all locations from one centralised dashboard.
Can customers book appointments too?
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans include appointment scheduling that integrates seamlessly with walk-in queues.
What notification channels are supported?
SMS on all plans. Business adds push notifications. Enterprise adds WhatsApp, email, and in-app via branded mobile app.

Billing

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Annual plan refunds are prorated within the first 30 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and bank transfer (for annual Enterprise contracts). Payments processed via Stripe - PCI-DSS compliant.

Technical

Does WaitlessFlow have an API?
Yes. REST API and Webhooks are available on the Growth ($99/mo) and Enterprise plans. We provide comprehensive documentation, SDKs, and integration support. Starter and Business plans can request API access via the Enterprise upgrade.
What is your uptime SLA?
99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Enterprise customers get a dedicated status page and proactive incident alerts. Infrastructure runs across multiple AWS regions.

Security

Is WaitlessFlow GDPR compliant?
Yes. We act as data processor; you remain data controller. Standard DPA templates, data deletion tools, and EU data-centre hosting for European customers.
Is data encrypted?
All data encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256. We hold ISO 27001 certification and conduct regular third-party penetration tests.
